points not keeping up

HI All 

My points are not keeping up with my speaking. Not sure if this is a technical issue or a new process to slow us down. While recording if I press 1,2,3 points don't record.

Not happening on Chrome, just on Firefox. So not a problem anymore

I am sorry to hear you had these problems with the Firefox browser, but also glad to hear you were able to work it out using Chrome. I have gone ahead and reported the issue to our tech team so they can make sure everything works on Firefox as well.
