Problems with pronunciation loading on computer

I can't get the pronunciation to load on my MacBook.  Anyone else having problems.  It worked fine for the intro but now won't work.

I can't either. Extremely frustrating and makes it impossible to use the programme. Even the lessons it used to work on are now useless

Customer service told me their site works best with Chrome and I haven't had problems since I switched from Safari to Chrome.
