Hi AR,
Unfortunately, there is no way to Save Forum questions and answers; you could keep track of them if you get email notifications, which you can set up in your Profile area. The other option is clicking on your name here in the Forum, and it would give you a list of the threads where you have posted a question or comment.
I will forward your suggestion to our Product Development Team for their consideration.
