I am trying to download the audio files so I can use in my car. I don't get the full audio file. Seems to be a different length each time I download and none of them the full file.

Thank you for your post. Our sincere apologies for the trouble you are having with your downloads. Is there are particular file you are having trouble with? Or are all of them problematic for you?
I recommend that you delete any previous, incomplete downloads, completely removing them from your computer. Then, please clear your cache, before trying the downloads again. If you continue to have trouble, please let us know.
I have also asked a colleague in the IT team to take a closer look, and will let you know if he has any feedback.
