When I click on the Module 16 Certification Test button...the test doesn't appear. The little circle just keeps revolving. What's up?
Why won't the Certification Test for Rocket Italian Module 16 upload?

Still waiting for a response. Module 17 Certification Test doesn't upload either.

Experiencing the same issue with all Level 1 Module 1-7 Rocket Italian certifications. No response from support after 3 days.
I have completed all lessons and activities within Module 1 of Rocket Italian with 100% green in each one, including the Language & Culture and Survival Kits associated with the Module. At the bottom of the Module lessons list in Level 1 Dashboard, the Rocket Certification has a gray To Do button. On clicking it, I'm taken to the Rocket Certifications page at https://members.rocketlanguages.com/members/modules/78/test but the actual test content underneath never loads. There is a gray area with the title of the module and a spinning load icon. The same thing occurs when I click any of the other module buttons above on this Rocket Certifications page.
I have tried this in Chrome, Firefox and Edge and experience the same behavior.

Just received a response from tech support as follows:
"We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion caused. Yes, there seems to be a glitch with the Certifications at the moment; we have gone ahead and reported the issue to our tech support team so they can review and fix this as soon as possible."

Same issue on Level 1 Module 3 Certifcation. I sent email to HELP, no response yet.
