Your suggestion on listening to italian radio

Grazie mille Maria Your suggestion to listening to italian radio is a great idea. I have no one around to speak to and seem to just be putting info in my head but not being able to put it in practice. Just started using this suggestion and was pleasantly suprised on the words I picked up. I will incorporate this in my daily lessons. Next time I will muster up the courage to write you in italian. thanks again for this wonderful program Ciao Tom

After completing the first section, I began to feel confident enough to begin listening to radio in order to improve comprehension. One that I have found very useful is a podcast called "Italian News in Slow."

They speak clearly and at a speed that does not overwhelm you. Even while not understanding everything, I am starting to pick up enough to get the idea of the subject, while words that I do know get more reinforcement.

It's very important to remember that it takes times and practise.

By listening to the radio, you realized that you are improving.

Keep going and you will notice your vocabulary increasing in no time :)
