Can't eliminate Romanization in the Japanese program

I just noticed that Romanization has reappeared in my Japanese program, even though I've checked the box requesting that it not be present.  This also occurred just after the upgrade several months ago but was corrected when the software was fine-tuned a week or two later. Any idea why it has come back?
