Conjugation

A while ago, I printed Sayaka's response to someone's question about conjugation. It went through all the verb forms and meanings. (ie, to eat, will eat, should eat, have eaten, etc) Now I can't find it. It would be nice to have this information in one place again with examples. Can anyone tell me where it is or send another one?
