Regarding your question in the other thread (https://members.rocketlanguages.com/members/forum/japanese-vocab/strange-letterin-in-japanese-course-e-tokyo-e-ikimasu-translates-as-iiim-going-to-tokyoi-made-kara-tokyo-kara-ikimasu-translates-as-iiim-going-from-to), I just re-took the quiz and did not encounter any strange characters.
