Is it possible to take benchmark/certification tests on mobile? If not, are there plans to add that functionality in the future? I do the bulk of my work on PC but I don't have a microphone and thus have to do all of the "Hear it, Say it" type stuff via my phone.

Thank you for your message; for the time being it is not possible to take the Rocket Certification and/or the Benchmark Test in the app, I apologize. We are planning to add them eventually, but would not be able to give you an estimated time, I'm sorry.
