Just paid but my app still says trial time has expired

I'd downloaded  the app on my iPhone for a trial period and then Made a purchase. Now I can only seem to access the content is through the purchase confirmation email and not the app. The app indicates that my trial period has ended.

Should I try to reload my app? i don't want to search for the email to link in to lessons each time.
