Anyone having problems with 11.6 all categories not being able to be started and marked.

Actually the quiz is the only action that can be completed in this module none of the other activities work with no words and sentences loaded.

It just doesn't have any. I think there's a couple of other modules with the same issue as well.

There is. I reported one module a few weeks ago and it took a week or to for them to fix so I suspect there are others still broken.
