Module 20.1: "50% off tickets" not working

The first interactive audio course in Module 20 gives me the following message when I try to open it:

Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Apache/2.2.14 (Ubuntu) Server at members.rocketlanguages.com Port 443


Everything else is loading fine, so it seems to be something wrong with just this lesson.

Edit: Oh yeah, I'm using Chrome on Windows 10.
 

I tried accessing that lesson and I got the same result:

I use Chrome on Windows 7.

It works if you remove the "%":
