Is it true about this "No Gaijin" stuff. I heard some, well allot of rumors about it. So I'm asking is "No Gaijin" real? P.S. if you don't have any, or enough experience with Japan, then please don't comment.

Konnichiwa! The "No Gaijin" does exist (unfortunately) in Japan - though it is becoming rare as more foreigners visit and live in Japan. Usually, the "no gaijin" policy pertains to Real Estate - some rental apartments or houses may not allow "foreigners" as tenants. This may appear a little discriminatory - however, foreigners, who are often used to living in large houses are regarded to make more noise than regular Japanese who are aware of the smallness of the space and how thin the walls actually are!! :D
