I am new here, and had to say how much I am enjoying the audio course so far. My brother started learning Japanese and asked if I wanted to learn with him, and in that moment I couldn't think of a good reason not to. So I have enjoyed your lessons for almost a week now and find it surprising how effective they are. Nice one! Arigato gozai mashita!
My brother and I are planning to go to Japan next year, and it will be nice to be able to speak the language and feel less like a stranger to people. Also, I am a fan of Japanese cinema, Ryo Ishibshi is a god in my country (so to speak) and "Odishon" is a must-see movie for any fan of horror. Will be nice to watch that without subtitles for once.
Anyhow, a little confused by particles at the moment, but I am sure I will get it. I also own a copy of premium plus so I should be with you for some time.
God bless.

Don't forget to get platinum, I've been beta testing it for them (Rocket Languages) for a few months and well I can tell it will be well worth the money!!! With the launch coming out on June 6th you will want to take advantage of the Early Movers Bonuses!

Moving along It's good to see you are enjoying the audio lessons... I enjoy them as well (Sayaka and Kenny, and later on Taro and Yoshiko are all funny yet effective and great teachers!).
As far as particles go I had trouble with them at first as well, but in due time you will get the hang of them!
がんばっておください!
(Do your best!)
If you want to know how to type in kana you can probably find it somewhere here on the forums.
Overall welcome to the RJ Family!

Thank you _Derek san_ for your very warm welcome for _Rent-a-cop san_! And I would like to also extend a welcome to you _Rent-a-cop san_ to Rocket Japanese.
It is my pleasure and excitement to know that a Japanese learner as enthusiastic as you are have joined us.
Let me just tell you that you are right on track to be confused with particles!! It is by far one of the most difficult aspects of the Japanese language.
Particles serve 2 main purposes:
1. they mark a word's function
2. they express a speaker's feeling
AND... some particles manage to do both!
Remember also that particles come right after the word or phrase they apply to
