OK here is the thing...

OK here is the thing, I've heard some people have Japanese buddies who help them out with their learning or some people have buddies who are learning with them. I don't have any kind of friends like that, I don't even have any friends who like Japan. Is there a website or something in which I can make friends who can help me and encourage me with my learning while I do the same for them? I have Skype so I was thinking that using Skype my buddy and I could possibly practice Japanese conversation.
