Quick Question

I might have missed something, I'm not sure if I skipped a step, or what.. .. but I have never recieved any of the mail (news letters). Is there a process I need to go thru to start that ? Any help would be appreciated.. Thank You Much Beige Crim

Hi Beige, according to our records you should have received the first two members newsletters by now. Please make sure that you have our email address members@rocketlanguages.com whitelisted and added to your contact list to avoid that the members newsletters end up in your junk folder. We will resend the first two to make sure you receive them. Please let me know if you still have not received them in the next two days. Thanks you and enjoy the course.

I seem to be having the same problem. I've been receiving mails successfully during the 6 day trial and the confirmation when I bought the full course. But I don't seem to have received any of the 2 newsletters yet. Is there a download link anywhere? Alternatively, can you resend them? Many thanks, Wendy

Hi Wendy, there are 31 newsletters in total explaining the grammar and how Japanese works. These newsletters are full of usefull information and audio files and also teach you about the different writing systems. Please use the contact form on our site https://www.rocketlanguages.com to contact our customer service team. That is the safer option rather than posting your email on the forum. Simply let them know that you haven't received the members newsletters and give them your preferred email address. Within the next few weeks we will also add the members newsletters as a pdf, so that you can print them out easier as well. :D
