RJapanese Not Grading My Recording PLUS Help Links Not Working

Note: I've contacted support.
Using Mac Chrome: ​Version 73.0.3683.103 (Official Build) (64-bit) (latest version)
I've cleared the cookies
I've restarted the Chrome browser
Problems:
1. After recording a sentence I get the following: "Sorry, I didn't catch that, please try again." However, clicking on the play recording button I can hear the recording. But there's no 'grading along with no completion".
2. All links in the help page don't work. I click on a link and nothing happens.

What is baffling is that it all worked so well before. It has been about 3-months since the last time I've used RJ. Something has happened to the website that will not give feedback grade when recording.

Just hoping I may find some suggestions here while I wait for support.

Could you PC perhaps not have a microphone enabled or not be using the correct microphone, it might be something in your computer settings to allow webpages to use your microphone.

Hi Tony,
The thing is about 4 to 5 months ago when I last used RJ everything worked. Nothing changed except the usual Mac OS updates. Now, like I mention, RJ does record my voice but there's no grading and I keep getting that "Sorry message".  

The good folks at support suggest I do the following which I did  with no success
1. In Mac Preferences -> Privacy > Microphone > "check box" next to Google Chrome to allow the app to access your microphone.
3. Reset Google Chrome > restart computer > launch Google Chrome 

It's baffling. I think I the only solution is to "live with it."  
Thanks for your suggestion. The RJ support team has been great. I understand there's only so much they can do.
