This is a UI issue: In Lesson 9.5, if the "Show Romanization" is turned off, there is no written (kana/Kanji) vocabulary associated with the audio files on the 敬語/けいご/Honorific and 謙譲語/けんじょうご/Modest speech at all.
It was only by trial and error that I realized that the Romaji transcription for these verbs existed if I toggle on the "Show Romanization"; otherwise, it just looks like audio with no transcription whatsoever. FWIW, Rocket Japanese introduced me to a new 謙譲語 in this lesson (はいけんする) which wasn't covered in Genki II, so it was vocabulary that I almost missed since I tend to skip audio files where the speaker speaks really slowly.
