Know It! Activity bug?

Hello! I hope this is in the right section. I use the app almost exclusively as I have downtime at work and that is the best time for me to study. Recently I’ve noticed in the Know It! Section of the lessons the text does not pop up and I am unable to see it until I press “reveal.” Thus I can’t actually test my knowledge/memory without “cheating.” 

I’ve tried using it through logging into Rocket Russian on my phone’s safari browser and I am able to see the text of the word I’m supposed to translate into russian but when I try to speak it is unable to pick up anything I say whatsoever. 

how can I at least get this fixed on the app?

Thank you for your feedback and our apologies for the inconvenience; do you continue to have the same problem with Know It? Is it happening in different lessons? If so, could you please let us know if the issue is happening in the app (in a mobile device) or in the browser (in a desktop/laptop)? Or in both?
