problems with spoken number "recognition software" in the program

I have made this comment before and received zero feedback from company. Why is that your recognition software appears to be totally incapable of recognising spoken Russian numbers? I have had native Russian speaking friends repeat these spoken numbers on several occasions to test the software recognition feature and they are also seldom if ever “recognised” as correctly pronounced by your software system. I would dearly appreciate some feedback on this extremely frustrating problem.

My apologies for any frustration this is causing. We have been aware of an issue where numbers are not being recognized correctly and are currently rolling out a fix for this. About half of our language courses have already had this fix applied. Rocket Russian is undergoing this now so in a few days this issue should be resolved.
