Demonstrations

Is there anyway of slowing down the sign language demonstrations? Maybe its just me, but even though its played a number of times, I still need to actually view the demonstration from reverse and find it difficult to follow some of the fast movements when viewing. Thanks for any help.

There is no way of slowing them down that I know of.

I find that manually dragging the progress bar while it is paused has helped me.
