The best part of the course is that it works because of how addictive I am to it. I love working everyday using Rocket Language, so my skills are improving exponentially. Absolutely love this program, not even one regret of the purchase I made.

Good if you're serious about learning. Provides very well explained lessons. Won't just throw words at you, but will explain in great detail when and how those words and phrases should be used. Gives a little insight into Latin American culture. Let's you practice reading, listening, and speaking. Explains grammar in a way that is not boring, but is thorough. Not for visual learners. No pictures. Not for people who aren't already very motivated to learn a language. Has a leaderboard and will track your streak, but not overall very game-like. If you finish all three courses you will be able to understand most conversations even if you don't know some of the words. Just try it!

I found rocket language really helpful. Out of all the Spanish courses (I tried, and of course failed) this course was the easiest, and most enjoyable. I can easily spend one hour learning and speaking out loud new terms for Spanish. This is a good website- and overall, I give Rocket language a thumbs up! I started with the French course 10 days ago. I struggled to learn french in school but am finding this a much more pleasant and effective approach. Like the focus on spoken french with the gradual introduction of grammar rules. I found the lessons engaging and the right amount of information to absorb at one go - and the various supporting tools (dialogues. reviews, flashcards, etc). are all helpful in reinforcing the initial learning. I had to travel to Brussels and after a week of study I had the confidence to engage in basic dialogues in French - honestly! Compared to French language lessons I think it offers good value for money.

Only downsides are that only the lessons are downloadable and you need to be online to use other resources. Also if you don't have chrome a lot of the features like voice recognition are unavailable. No use of customer service - should be a N/A option on the star ratings.

I've decided to start learning Spanish this year and I took some Spanish courses in Hong Kong. They were good, but I felt I didn't have a chance to listen to native Spanish enough or had enough oral practice, and so I started searching for online courses. I read a review page about online Spanish courses, as someone who is serious about learning, I bought the top 3 that were recommended, Rocket Languages was among them. And I have to say, Rocket Languages MUST BE the best choice. I bought the 3-level bundle, and it is ABSOLUTELY worth it! The materials, the technology, the extra information, the grammar, I totally love the course! I don't remember exactly how much I paid for the course, but I remember the amount is equal to roughly 3-4 months of Spanish course in Hong Kong. Frankly, you can't learn that much in 4 months, a lesson per week, in a group setting with 20 students in a classroom. But then with Rocket Spanish, I can learn daily, and re-learn if certain parts are hard, and I can listen to the conversations on the bus, in the gym, etc.

In fact, I've already recommended my girlfriend to buy Rocket German, and friends from my Spanish class to buy the program.

Becoming really addict to Rocket German. I love the challenge of this language learning system and I never feel bored. I look forward to practicing German every day. I whole heartedly recommend rocket German. It is a very well put together language program that helped me see a noticeable improvement in my German.

I am very surprised by the method of Rocket language. Recently acquired the Rocket german course, and the lessons are interesting and interactive. Of course, for this kind of course you with need a lot of motivation and discipline, but the advantage is that they give you guidelines to design your learning strategy. I'm really happy with my progress in German. Tschüss!

This is the second time I have used an electronic based course for learning Italian. The first was about 15 years ago, and I did not proceed very far. The structure of this course is very clear and easy to follow, and surprisingly the points earning has exposed a hitherto unknown competitive nature which has assisted motivation to propel me forward. The only change I would make would be to have voice recognition rate your speech, rather than rate your own. The forum is useful, and customer service extremely prompt. 5 stars all around.
