Rocket French is so helpful. It is a fun easy way to learn French. I always want to do it! It is the best way to learn French I have ever seen. It may be expensive but it is worth it!
Fun to use. I love how they use basic conversation and repeat until it becomes more fluent. The lessons and information are engaging. I had a little difficulty navigating the app and website login. It was a little confusing at first because they each present the information differently. Customer service, Marie has been wonderful helping.
I do indeed like this program. It is divided into manageable lessons and only takes 30 minutes per lesson.
Great value for price! I like the browser but was really impressed with the app on IOS. Since I am on the go quite often, it is nice to learn Mandarin and check things off right on my phone. The more exposure to the language the better, and now I don't have to just sit at a computer all day and learn. Despite a few little bugs it has been more than I expected and I would recommend Rocket over Rosetta Stone anytime.
the excercises are less, even too simple. Every single charpter is well, like order menu, book room,Say,the price is satisfing each one,and I hope it can open to everyone for free, that's exciting, or make some easy games or Words Puzzle; whatever it like , it make learner more keen to learning, and make a better memory, learn all word and prase by heart.
I am very happy with the course and feel that i am retaining a lot of words and pronunciation learned. I am certainly glad that the material is up-to-date and has native speakers of both sexes so you can not only hear how you need to say it but how others might respond.
Rocket Languages is a wonderful tool for everyone who wants to expand their vocabulary in other languages. I personally have been taking Spanish and like my life motto, "I regret nothing." I would recommend Rocket Languages to anyone who needs to learn a different language for school or for pleasure.
It is interactive how the lessons go. Unfortunately, it is at least to say "expensive".
Response from Rocket Languages
Thanks so much for your review, Bruno. While our courses might seem expensive, we do give learners lifetime access, which means that you can take all the time you need to finish the course - even if you take a 2 year break, your account remains active, and you will be able to log in again whenever you are ready. We also feel that our courses are thorough, and really teach you the language, rather than just some random phrases that aren't useful in real life situations. Our grammar lessons help our learners understand the language they are learning, and we include lots of reinforcement to help it all sink in. Finally, for those who find a one-off payment a little daunting, we offer a 6-month payment plan. I hope that helps! All the best with your language learning.
Honestly, it’s alright through the first few days. But not much more than that.
1. I can’t use it the “write it” function on my computer because the Korean keyboard doesn’t show up. They never got back to me on that, so I have to use my phone. It’s a bit annoying, and as I haven’t received any answer, I’m not sure what my feedback was for.
2. They teach formal speaking, which isn’t all that helpful when most Koreans use words that in in 요, not 입니다. I want to learn how to speak in a way people will be used to, and it’s a bit annoying to always be super polite.
3. I get quizzes on things that wil never come up in a conversation. Someone who tells me they were in the Korean military and then emigrated to America is not going to come up very often at all. I know I’m new, and this will probably change, but it’s not practical.
I bought this program hoping to improve my Korean skills, because I live in Korea. I’ll keep trying, but it’s only just alright at the moment.
Rocket language courses are interesting and fun with what seems like a common learning template for all their courses. I purchased several Rocket language courses but they are just the elementary level. I would purchase higher level courses if there were better incentives or deals.
