can u make the transcript movable it is so annoying. i need to go back to a sentence i wanna go quickly i do not have time and patience for that. also, honestly, english parts are too much. u should probably decrease it. this for m does not work well either. there are many thing to improve to be honest. i cannot even send a feedback well. what the heck. this is so annoying guys.

Too many words introduced at a time to be able to truly memorize them. Lessons progress too quickly without real review on what has previously been taught. Need a way to review flashcards from all completed lessons in one spot. No response from customer service when a question asked.

it doesn't pick up what you say and it sometimes just says the wrong thing even though its nearly indistinguishable from the prompt

The courses themselves are good however, Speech recognition is woeful.
Some days, there are no issues with speak recognition and then on others I often get many "no speech detected" errors followed by "speech recognition is busy". this makes the course unusable when this happens.

for the talking part i gets spanish is fast buts kinda hard to understand what the man is saying he's rushes i aslo gets some words are pronounces but i feel like he should annunciate his words and i notice that when i talk using words that starts with v they dont regester and its very frustrating ill try to go to setting so it can hear me clear but still

Additional grammar explanations helpful. The pronunciation of "Je" or "J' "changes significantly depending on the words and their grammatical spelling following "Je". Rote memorization is not a good approach when grammar determines pronunciation.

since i'm being asked to write a review every 2 seconds, which is interrupting my course i'll go ahead and do it now. there is way too much emphasis on speaking for such absolutely abhorent speech recognition. i already know a lot of beginner spanish as i'm living in colombia with my colombian girlfriend. even she couldn't get the voice recognition to register a word half the time.
also, there are just too many flashcards, spelling words, voice recognition parts after each story lesson. i just listened to a 20 minute audio file about how to say hello. then you continue on with flashcards and pronunciation that has absolutely nothing to do with the audio

One of our friendly customer support team has contacted you and will set you up on a call with our IT team to resolve the voice recognition issue. We appreciate your comments concerning the flashcards; we know they can be overwhelming and are currently working on a solution to retain the comprehensiveness but make them easier to digest.
The microphone speaking part of the browser is terrible. I have 3 headsets (all expensive) and also used the microphone on the laptop. For simple words like Nom, Bonjour (I am getting zero or sorry I didn't catch that). I know I am not fluent yet, but i've got those words down, but the software occasionally wont get what i say. Very annoying...

First year of German course is good, but the quality goes downs in the second year.
Also, they are spammers: does not matter how many times you hit unsubscribe, you will continue to receive the wonderful 60% discount a LOT. I do not recommend at all.
