I absolutely love Rocket French. It has help my pronunciation and accent so much. I can practice anywhere on the way home on the bus. The grammar lessons are so easy to understand. I had been struggling with learning French until I took up Rocket French.
This is my first week with Rocket Languages in French. I am a senior who used to be fluent in this language as well as others, many, many years ago. Some words and phrases do look familiar, but I am a bit overwhelmed at this point. And that has nothing to do with the program, which is excellent. It's me, I have to find my way back to studying on the internet vs. the class room. Is it beneficial to keep a vocabulaire, as we did when I first studied French, or do I simply listen and absorb it all; hoping my older brain will absorb and retain the material. I am excited to learn French in a totally different way than I did in the late 1950's. Comparing Rocket Languages to other offers, this one definitely get's 5 stars. I might want to add that Swiss German is my mother tongue, and now my every day language is English.
Very Helpful this website to learn new languages ^_^ I am fully enjoying my first language i want to learn this is a Korean Language hehehehe^^ Thanks.. Thanks for the free trial ^_^ I will highly recommend to others.
I found the Rocket Hindi language very helpful and will highly recommend to others. The content was very well structured, very engaging. I gained a lot of confidence and am now very keen to start Hindi conversation after review of Trial . The visuals and audio was the most appealing , even the written language was a complete bonus . A value for money the offer to learn to read, write and speak the language basics
and more to get started. Tremendous work! well done to the team.
Thank You
I am fully enjoying learning Italian with Rocket Languages. It's a program that is very thorough and easy to use. I have tried other programs in the past and would find them very boring. I am very happy I bought the program!
I've subscribed to many language courses and used many methods, and this is by far the most comprehensive and well-structured. It shows clearly how it aligns with the CEFR, which I find very useful. I've had some trouble using the "record" feature on PC, but I find I am very well able to use it through iOS, and so I can get the full suite of features one way or another. Queries I've had with using the course have been helpfully answered by the support team. I have now also subscribed to the Rocket Italian course as well, as I am very happy with the way this course structure works. Highly recommended. :)
This is a great course. I like the options for review, with listening, writing, flashcards, and voice recognition it is a comprehensive program. I'm only a week in, but I can see myself sticking with this.
I wish there was an option where I could select multiple flashcards to review. I'd love to have a way to select boxes for lessons 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 and either "all cards" or those "marked for review." This would allow me to review multiple lessons at once, and stay on top of all previous lessons without having to open each lesson individually. I have found my learning style is really helped by using flashcards. This is an ease-of-use issue, but in total, the program is great.
I'm very happy with this Spanish program. I have tried several others and been disappointed with the level of instruction -- some focus primarily on vocabulary, others on writing, for example. This one gives you a sense of the language and, importantly, how it is used in real life. And it is fun. I don't think I am easily manipulated, but I have to say that the point system, "streak" reporting and badges do keep me going.
I like most of the teaching methods, and my favorite is being able to participate in conversations. Exceptions: I don't think the five-question quizzes are particularly effective; there are too few questions and they are extremely easy. I use the flashcards once per lesson (to get credit!), but I think Anki is a much better flashcard service and I use that much more.
With that preamble, here are some suggestions:
* Although the pronunciation checker is pretty amazing, it is still somewhat inaccurate. I get words wrong and it often still scores me 100%, even with the checking level at "Hard". More frustrating is that sometimes it just won't accept my (perfect!) pronunciation no matter what I do.
This program is helping me learn Japanese, along with living in japan right now it is very helpful. It's also a fun language to learn and the lessons will help you along if you mess up on some words or phrases.
This a fantastic learning tool for me. Me gusta para it a in grupo de Espanol cada semana. Yo soy entiendo com amigos ingles. Yo tengo in accento Espanol de Madrid! Pedro no es una problemo para me. Yo comprendo Maurice pefectamente.
Quiere saber mas parabolas espanolas porque estan x muy important.
Soy fatigue ahora entonces I will write in english now. I stopped using this course for a long time, but now I have come back because speaking Spanish is the most important aspect of learning. Tohave a conversation in Spanish is quite tough if you struggle over vocabulary. Of course grammar is also important, but if you have a very limited vocabulary that,s a very big handicap.
I find reading a simple. story in a parallel text book intended for children is a testing exercise but satisfying too.
I’ve read Journey to the Centre of the earth by Jules Verne and Adventures of Tom Sawyer
