poor voice recognition , sometime need to repeat many time that still can't recognize

Helps me get more comfortable with speaking French which is something I need to work on. There are many language app that drills in vocab till your bored but Rocket is the first one where it records our speech and has a play back feature that helps you correct your pitch accent.

tried to connect with customer service,.. no after hours help, I guess. hope I can get the deal.

I really like it, it´s easy to understand, and it´s nice to do when you have time

This fits my comfort zone so far as I am not a natural language learner. I can go over the lessons many times at my own pace. Customer service was very good.

Very good way to learn. multiple steps that help you to remember the course materials. I would definitely recommend a friend to learn English with here

I really like the interactive nature of the course. It provides very practical exercises and examples that will help me as I learn how to have conversations with others in French. Would highly recommend it to beginner to intermediate students.

This is a great way to learn a language. I can practice in the comfort of my own home, at my own pace. I like the fact that I can practice all aspects of the language--even typing it!
