Find out what actual users have to say about our courses through their Rocket Spanish reviews.
For a year I was using an app that only taught me words and short phases. In a very short period of time Rocket has taught me how to hold conversations. I still have a long way to go, but I am now confident in my goal of becoming fluent in spanish.
This place is OK but not as good as duolingo. I can not do any of the lessons as i am not a "full member". This is not for me thanks.
I would definitely recommend it to anybody who wants to learn a language!
The the best app to learn any language with. I can't believe I didn't find this sooner. AMAZZING APP! RECOMENDED!
I paid for the Spanish course and received nothing
Response from Rocket Languages
Response from Rocket Languages: Hi Scott - It looks like you ordered with a different email address to the one you used to set up your account. Customer support have sorted it out and have emailed you.
Great language course with a lot of features and mixed platform (PC / mobile) is great help for on the go.
I would however like to see the ability to unsubscribe from the trials, once you start a trial on any language it does not give me the option to unsubscribe from it in the app or on the site. This annoys me.

Response from Rocket Languages: Hi Solar - You can unsubscribe from within the email itself, or you can of course just email customer support and we will do it for you!
I think conceptually, it's great. The progression of language makes a lot of sense to me and feels natural. A few critiques: it is very geared toward traveling to South America as a tourist or for work or something, so if you're learning Spanish for any other reason, this doesn't give you a lot of the vocabulary that would probably be useful. Also, though the concept is great, there are still a lot of kinks that need to be worked out so that it actually functions properly. Things are often misspelled, especially in the later lessons. If there are multiple ways to say the same thing, there is almost no indication which way they expect you to use, and you get docked if you say the one other than expected. Also, the software has a really hard time picking up what you're saying, so you can pronounce things the exact same way, and one time it's correct and the next time it's incorrect because the software just isn't good at understanding verbal language. So overall, really good product, I just wish they had spent a little more time developing it and working out the bugs before rolling it out.
Response from Rocket Languages
Response from Rocket Languages: Hi Kristen - Thanks for the feedback. We are halfway through rewriting Rocket Spanish (Level 1 was re-released a couple of months ago). We hope to have the new Level 2 up soon. As far as the voice recognition goes, for the best results we recommend a headset microphone otherwise the system can have difficulty with short words/phrases in particular.

The program helped me to understand basics of Spanish language. I'm now able to build on what I have learned so far.
I recommend it for everyone who wishes to learn the language or those who wants to advance their knowledge.
