I am in Taiwan and when I down load Chrome it is in Indonesian language, though some in English. How do I get an all English version? I can not change the settings because they are in Indonesian.

I can try to give you some guidance based on the Chrome setting:
1. Click on the Menu icon (the 3 dots on the top right-hand side of a page.
2. Go to settings (the 3rd option from the bottom up)
3. Go to 'Advanced settings'; it should be the last link available at the bottom of the page
4. Go to 'Languages'; this would be the 11th option in the page from top to bottom.
You should then see a box on the bottom left side, to 'Add' a language; after you select the one you need, click on 'OK' and on 'Done', the bottom right-hand side option.
