interpret this Franco Arabic words to English

Leh akhat waat tawel Ashan tekteb kelmteen

It is so difficult to make sense out of franco Arabic. It is spelled using franco in all sorts of ways! I would have a better chance understanding it if Arabic letters were used! Some of my Arab friends on FaceBook use Arabic letters and some use franco. I find franco too frustrating. Once a person gets use to reading and writing Arabic lettering, franco looks like goobledegoop! Sorry, I can't help you with that!

Why one and (don't know tawel) (don't know ashan) write words lol....I am guessing on this!

...so is tawel take or is it time? and is ashan take or time?
