It is so difficult to make sense out of franco Arabic. It is spelled using franco in all sorts of ways! I would have a better chance understanding it if Arabic letters were used! Some of my Arab friends on FaceBook use Arabic letters and some use franco. I find franco too frustrating. Once a person gets use to reading and writing Arabic lettering, franco looks like goobledegoop! Sorry, I can't help you with that!

The translation of this sentence could be:

why did you take a long time to write a couple of words?

" Leh akhat waat tawel" : why did you take a long time

" Ashan tekteb kelmteen " : to write a couple of words?

"Ashan" means "to" or "in order to" or "for" like : "for writing a couple of words"
