Quiz Results not Saved

Sorry if this question has been asked and answered, but I can't find it. My quiz results are not saved after I log out and log back in. This is the case with both IE and Chrome. I was pretty sure they were saved at one time in earlier releases.

Are the verbs aus-steigen and aus-stiegen interchangeable to express getting off a bus or a train? In the lessons, I notice that ein-steigen is used for getting on a street car, but all the dialogues about train travel use aus-stiegen for getting off.
