assistance with fluency

Looking for where to go to have back and forth conversations to rapidly increase my fluency.

I am in a position where I answer the phones for a business and have pretty scripted responses, understand 85%-90% of Spanish from Puerto Rican clients that speak faster than what my ear is accusotomed to and need recall, speed and non scripted responses.
