Everything related to audio has gone to zero on all lessons.
Any idea what is going on ?

Two weeks and no answer? Are these forums for a paid product not monitored by staff? I hope you got things figured out Frank.

My apologies for not responding to this thread directly - Frank, you had posted the same question in the French forum and been responded to there, and so I had been keeping an eye out in that forum for your reply. 

Are you still experiencing this problem? If so, could you please provide us with that clarification about the issue (e.g. is it that no phrases are showing or working, or that you cannot access the main lesson audio in the Interactive Audio lessons)? Also, could you let us know if you are having the problem on the desktop, in the app, or in both places?

SoyJustin, are you experiencing the same thing?

Hi Liss, I am not having this problem. I am new here and was looking at the forums for another issue I had and saw this one unanswered and was a little worried. You have removed those fears. I had no idea Frank posted in the French forum as well, I'm only learning Spanish. Thanks for checking in.
