Instructions are not very clear -

Where can I find the instructions for each step of each lesson?  

Do you mean how to do the lesson, how to pronounce words, or is it how to do the reinforcement activities?

If it is the lesson then just press play, if it is the pronunciation then you can press play on the blue button above the orange button with the microphone on it, and if it is the reinforcement activities then you can press the help button that has a question mark on it.
