I completed the Basic Rocket Spanish and recently ordered the Premium course but it seems I've missed something between the first and next level. I don't understand the Spanish being spoken and there is no written section giving me the translation. The last lesson in Beginners was 8.1. Now, I start Premium with 11.1. I don't understand Hola Desoto. Is there a level between the Beginners and the 11.1?

The games from the premium (what you call basic) course cover lessons 9 and 10. Premium plus starts at lesson 11.

Your "Rocket Dashboard" should look just the same for Premium Plus as it did with Premium. You should have a new "Premium Plus" tab, with sections for interactive audio, language and culture, games and survival kit.
You should just have a bunch of new lesson titles, but the audio/written material should all be there just the same. Sounds as if you might have a proplem that needs support (Help and Support at the top of the page).
