smart phone translator

In two days I will be volunteering for a Brazilian Balloon Team. They speak a little English and I understand a little Spanish. I would feel more comfortable if I had a translator on my phone just in case anyone gets confused. Will you recommend one?

Well, there's always Google Translate, but don't they speak Portuguese in Brazil?
