¡Cómo olvidar esa canción! Is this correct. I only see an infinitive verb, not a conjugated verb. (How could one forget that song). Should there be a conjugated verb like poder before olvider?

It is correct, but for the life of me I can't explain why. I'm just used to seeing it now. It seems to me that there was an entire lesson in the second RS course that dealt just with infinitives. I'm having a bit of trouble with the web site at the moment so I can't check...

If I were to venture a guess, it would be that since the subject of this exclamation can be anybody (I, you, he, she, we), then maybe just the infinitive is OK.  Also note that it is an exclamation.

Is is one of those not-quite-literal translations?

How to forget that song.

Maybe something to do with the use of the word "one" as opposed to I, you, he, she, they, etc.?

I think it's just one of those idiomatic Spanish things. Gracias por ayudarme: "Thanks for helping me," again using an infinitive, which the book ¡Buscalo! says,  can substitute for a gerund. Vivir en un desierto es difícil. Living in a desert is hard. Olvidar is not substituting for a gerund here and I can't explain why the use of the infinitive  either. ¿Quien sabe?
