App consistently crashing on Xiaomi Redmi smartphone

Before I used the Android app on a Huawei phone, where it worked alright. I now have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 10. The app crashes each time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but cannot get it to start.

I have the same problem on my OnePlus 9. I've had a ticket in with Rocket's tech support for over two months and we haven't been able to resolve the issue.
