Audio not coming up

This is a technical problem. When I click on a lesson, the conversation audio does not pop up. I am very annoyed and am blaming it on the computer, but I'm not sure what to do about it. Please help!

Hi Naomi - Please email customer support with your system and device details, screenshots, and generally as much info as you can and the technical support team will get to the bottom of it.
