Hi ! I have been having a few problems with the voice recogniation software on Rl For instance If i repeat Mauricio to get graded on my pronounciation of lets say "Alabarse" it grades me something like 10 percent when I know I am saying it correctly Because it thinks I am saying something Ridiculous Like "Ahogar " Is their any way to fix this !!!

My advice is to not pay much attention to the VR grading system. It misunderstands things. My biggest complaint is that when I take a natural pause when repeating a sentence, or speak slowly to make sure I am pronouncing words correctly, it thinks I am done and stops, rating me poorly. I know whether I am repeating sentences correctly or not, so I routinely override the computer's rating. Sometimes I even rate myself worse than the machine does.

For the best experience with the voice recognition we recommend making sure you are using an up-to-date Chrome browser and making sure the site has permission to use your microphone:

If all is set correctly, please try to reset Chrome to its defaults settings: 

1. Go to Settings in Chrome by clicking in the Menu Icon.
2. Inside Settings, click "show advanced settings" 
3. Then, right at the bottom, click in "Reset Settings" to see if you can Restore Settings to their original defaults.

I am having the same problem along with it saying "Sorry I didn't catch that. Please try again." about half of the time as well.

Hi all - We just released an upgrade to Rocket Record so as long as you are using Chrome with a headset mic then the performance should be much better. In saying that, sometimes, for short words/phrases in particular, the accent has to be spot on to get it 100% correct.

Now,instead of ending too soon it is going for too long after I speak and it is picking up silence so it says "Sorry I didn't catch that " and now it is WORSE than before !Also on my ipad there is no VRS

I second that it keeps going on too long. I can't believe it cant be paused or ended.
