Huh. I am reading this on Chrome and I'm not seeing a camera icon
where the help page says it should be.

I think the camera icon appears when you hit the record button.
Right now, as I write this message, it does not appear.
You need to try to record something.

Thanks for pointing that out, Robert. Apparently it stays on for
the rest of the session once it has been enabled.
