correct sequence to follow for Level 1 Dashboard

Hi All,
I am a beginner trying to learning French. The Rocket French Level 1 Dashboard has 3 sections -
1. Interactive Audio Lessons with 8 modules,
2. Language and Culture Lessons with 8 Modules and
3. Survival Kit lessons. 
My question is what is the sequence to be followed to learn the language? Do I learn all the 8 modules of Section 1 first and then move on to Section 2 and finally section 3. This doesn't sound right to me. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Generally you follow the numbers unless you have studied previously and know the stuff then you can skip and move around a little.
