On my tabs I see I have French Premium and French Premium Plus. Along the left sidebar I see that Rocket French Platinum (Level 3) is advertised. Is is this an additional module that I can continue with after I have mastered the Premium and Premium Plus products? The learn more link does not give enough detail to help me figure that out.

The Platinum level is the advanced level. It has as many modules as the Premium and Premium Plus products. I have all three levels for Rocket Spanish.

When I use the "play it" in the test section, I cannot record my voice? I hear both parties talking, and the line in the record section moves across like it is recording, it just doesn't record! Something in my settings?

Hi Ken - As a first step, please check the Help button located within Play it! It's likely your Flash settings need adjusting. If you are still having issues then please contact customer support with detail of your computer system and browser.
