Very annoying, trying to study and the stupid banners keep popping up! Apparently they don't test their code changes before unleashing them on the students.

It's nice to know your point total as you go through the day, particularly when jumping around. Some of use them as motivators or goal milestones.

It seems the IT Team will roll out a fix in one or two days that should restore all the badges, points and streaks. Once it is out I will follow up with you in case something is not working properly.

They also reset the points overnight from time to time. I have gone from 1,800 points to 0 (zero) points over night. Again, all I had to do was logout and then login the next day. In fact it happened to me today. No way I will subscribe to other levels if this keeps up.

Thank you for the follow up and update; I will check again with tech support as the points issue had to be resolved by now. Please rest assure you will get an update and correction of the Streaks and the points, so no progress will be lost, but of course, I understand it can be frustrating not seeing accurate information.

Please note that the information displayed on the Dashboard, where you see the lessons and progress of the day, resets per day:

This only reflects the points made on the day, so it does reset over night, the Streak works in a similar way, so as you start your day and work on a lesson and get points, the streak will also update.

Everything 'seems' to be working fine for two days now. I replied to your email with a detailed explanation. I have been very vocal about this both here and in email and I appreciate the diligence Rocket Languages is investing in this. Like another member said, the points and badges feel like achievements in a video game. This is still one of the best courses on the market and I have tried four (4) to date.

My streak is also incorrect. It reset to zero 26 days ago when the problems were occurring, and is currently showing 26 but should be around 70.
Any chance of getting that corrected too. Thanks.
