Games?

Hi, 
i have just purchased French Premium Plus and was looking through my dashboard but when I click on games it says you have to be a full member to access them? Do you have to purchase premium to be considered a full member?

Hi Colin, thank you for your post.  According to our records, you have purchased both Premium (level 1) and Premium Plus (level 2).  Is that what you meant to do?  If you have purchased the beginners level in error, please email the Customer Support team and they will be able to issue you a refund.  You will find a contact form in the Help section.

In regards to the games, that section of the course has been changed to our new Flashcards, which you should have full access to as a paid member.  Are you still seeing a Games section?  If so, it would be great if you could please email the Customer Support team with a screenshot.

Hi thks for the reply,  yes I meant to purchase premium 1&2, also using the app on my iPhone is it only the lessons we can access? Also is it possible to use the app offline? Eg download all the files?

Hi Colin, thanks for getting back to us.  I would recommend using both the desktop version of the course, as well as the app.  The app includes all of the Interactive Audio, Language and Culture, and Survival Kit lessons - so the bulk of the course.  However, it doesn't currently include some of the extra features, such as the Flashcards, My Vocab etc.  

Unfortunately the app currently needs to be connected to wifi in order to function.  If you would like to listen to the audio lessons offline, I recommend downloading the files to your computer and transferring them via iTunes.  Apple unfortunately prevents you from being able to download the files directly to your iPhone.

I just noticed that the games tab on my dashboard is gone. What happened to it?

Rocket Languages removed the games when the system was upgraded. They created the "flashcards" tab to replace the games.  The games could not be upgraded to the new system.

I had forgotten all about those games. I personally hated them. They seemed to be more of an exercise of how fast I could move the mouse - which is frustrating for old people like me...
