how to down load

can you tell me how to download the course on to a mp3 memory stick i want to take the course with me to work

having a couple of problems with the audio. 1) audio starts off ok then stalls 2) can't seem to download audio.. Help

Island Girl, 1) Likely your internet connection. Are you doing other things online at the same time? Try just letting the audio load while doing something around the house. 2) Tell me what you are currently doing to try downloading and then I can give a better answer.

Just received three discs, do I download all three or one at a time
