I know this is silly, but I have been on Rocket every day since I started, and I am proud of my streak, don't want to lose it!

A little chat button opens up at bottom right, but it is still on "out of hours" at 14:50 UK summer time.
I expect lots of people have already reported this, I already emailed them.

Our apologies for the inconveniences and current issues on the site. The problem has been reported to the tech support team so they can review it and fix it as soon as possible. Any issues with the streak, you can rest assure that will be fixed, there is no need to keep posting comments on the Forums or anywhere else.
As soon as I get a reply, I'll let you know.

Thank you for showing us and telling us the problem has been reported, but the "no need to keep posting comments" line was a bit snarky and uncalled for. Loudoniii is right, the customer service today has been terrible, and interestingly, according to my e-mail, you received a reply from her concerning the "no need to keep posting" comment, but it is not here.
My e-mail shows L.'s reply written 15 minutes after yours.
Are complaints being deleted?
Because L's point is spot on - everyone has been sitting all day with NO response from Rocket - I, too, e-mailed and called Customer Service several times.
Rocket Spanish was not working at 7 a.m this morning, and by 5 p.m. (US) time, we finally get an e-mail telling us the problem has been reported, so it can be reviewed and fixed as soon as possible.
Then a rather chiding sentence saying "no need to keep posting comments" in the Forum.
Perhaps if someone had shown up less than 12 hours after the problem, there would not be so much anger here.
I was actually just mildly miffed, but figured it would be fixed, but your attitude towards everyone here who has paid for the course is somewhat "whatever" and then chiding. And now I, too, am angry.
I was led to believe we are encouraged to post in the forum on whatever topic we choose - and today the topic is the site is down, and where is anyone from Rocket?
You can deal with the comments, or delete them and tell people to stop, but today will not go away in people's memories as a bad day with Rocket Language's Customer Service, no matter what you do.
It is a shame, your Customer Service used to be great. It has gone downhill since I have been here.

This has never been done, so you really should not expect us to just sit out here and patiently wait until things come back online. Inform us early and often, and we will probably not "keep posting comments."

Sorry for the confusion there; loudoniii asked if people needed to keep posting comments in order to keep the streak active, so I replied there was no need for it, as "Any issues with the streak, you can rest assure that will be fixed,"I am truly sorry if it was taken the way around. We don't delete messages unless they are considered spam, and you can continue to comment and send feedback in the way you would like to.
I have also forwarded Dan's comments about being notified when these issues occur to our Product Devlopment team for their review.
