Message to Leave the Site

Yesterday I tried to do the Module 2 test and got several messages  - maybe from Chrome - asking me if I wanted to leave this site because changes I made may not be saved.  I ignored the warnings - carried on with the test and most of my answers to the last section were not saved.  I tried again today and got the same message.  This time I left the site and when I returned I had to redo the section I was on but at least not the whole test.  This happened twice more during the test.  Does anyone know what is going on here?

Hi Trish 
Your problem may be that you have not saved something you have written in the MY NOTES  section at the bottom of the page. That is the only time I have encountered this message.

Thanks for the reply - no I have never used MY NOTES section and the only thing I was doing each day was the Module Test
