My Notes - edit icon goes away when viewing more than 10 notes per page

My Notes shows 10 notes per page and a "pencil" icon appears on the write to allow us to edit that note.  If I increase the number of notes shown per page to 25, 50 or 100, the edit icon goes away.  Why?  I should always be able to edit a note no matter how many notes are shown per page.

I see that it is fixed.  How about also adding a similar control to My Vocab?

I miss the older interface where the entire vocabulary list was displayed on one page.  Then again, it's not really the same thing since Rocket Languages is providing the definitions of the "vocab", even the entire sentence that contains it.
