My Vocab download - special characters

Hi, I just downloaded my "My Vocab" list so that I could sort it and load back up as Flashcards, but it isn't converting special characters properly so the list has quite a few things like this: l'altare senz'altro l’opificio Che cosa è successo? ̬ magnifico PerchÌ© no? le dirò Stai diventando più vecchio Could you take a look and convert special characters? I just noticed that because your website automatically converts special characters back, they all look correct in my note above. I'll put a few in with spaces so you get the idea, but all of those above with quotes and accents did not output correctly.

un & # 039;ora fa
Stai diventando pi & ugrave ; vecchio
etc.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues exporting the CSV File. Could you please send us an email to support@rocketlanguages.com and let us know about the type of program you are working with? (Excel,  LibreOffice, Numbers, etc)

This wasn't fixed, btw. It still happens just the same. All special characters (à, è, etc) are not exported correctly.

it's not a big deal as I just go through and do a global change on them, but it's just something about mixing up the characters or character sets on export.
